Hi, I am Alex. I am a Love and Relationship Coach and I help women magnetise the kind of love (& life) they’ve always dreamt of.
In 2021 my marriage came to a very painful end. I was floored. My perfect looking (but very disconnected) life had been stopped short and I didn’t know what to do.
AFTER THE SPLIT
As I started my new life I thought the worst was over, but alas, the universe had other plans. I made a lot of VERY poor dating choices, ignored a whole festival’s worth of red flags and learnt a lot more painful lessons.
THE TURNING POINT
I had to face facts, I was the common denominator in all these scenarios, I was co-creating every situation I was in. I knew I had had to take RADICAL self-responsibility to change my love life from the inside out.
So I did, and mean, woooowwww did I. I did it all from maturation coaching, spiritual mentorship, therapy, plant medicine, energy healing… you name it I did it. Why? Because I knew that the shift that had to take place was INSIDE of me
And you know what? I broke free from the shitty painful patterns and bullshit self-destructive behaviours and I attracted a NEW life and a NEW love, the kind of expansive holy fck is this MY life kinda vibe
I literally flipped the table on my life, new career, new city, new love – how? By doing the fckn work. By facing my shadow and shifting my vibration to one that called in a life better than I could have imagined.
THE GIFT
Having been on my own mtha fckn journey, I know my soul’s mission is to help other women attract a love and a life so aligned with who they are, they wake up every day thinking I can’t believe this is my life. Trust me when I say if I can do it, so can you!
